Invent your state of mind

“Create a position or the ability towards your attention or thinking”

Your energy or emotional state is determined in a fraction of a second. From the moment you wake up in the morning, the type of thoughts you accommodate or the smallest reaction from someone or circumstances in your life, will affect your emotional state whether it be positive or negative.
It is of the utmost importance for you to be able to make calculated decisions towards this area of your life and learn to control which side you place your mindset on, being either positive (constructive) or negative (deconstructive). How you manage this area of your life determines your direction for your day, your business, the people you will be associated with, and the distinctive process in your life.
Elements that control the state of your mind are feelings or emotions. Another important source of influence is your ability to transfer your mind towards a positive state. This allows you to think about something that creates happiness, a motion of joy, transferring your thoughts towards that space where you can actually experience that situation that can make you happy.
You need to apply your mind towards something positive and divert your attention away from the negative activity threatening to change your state of mind. Diverting your attention away from any negative thoughts that may influence your state of mind by focusing (thinking) about a positive situation constantly, will maintain your mindset towards a positive state and determine the foundation on which you will initiate faith, behavioral elements and the disciplines of effort. It will create an energy field and most importantly an attitude that has the reverse affect on negative circumstances and negative people around you.
Creating a state of mind that is positive will require a repetitive process that involves an intensive thought process towards that specific area that changes your emotional state. You need to apply effort on a frequent basis towards this area of your life, maintaining this and managing it to keep the sequence of events in motion. It requires spiritual, mental and physical intensity.
Your state of mind has to become part of your daily routine. You need to create a place in your mind where you host your dreams and aspirations, moving towards something by thinking about this constantly and making it a habit.  This involves dreaming and visualization.
You need to dream about things you want but you need to apply a positive state of mind towards your dreams and aspirations to believe in it and then to make them a reality.

Realizing Your Dreams

“If you don’t know where you are going, you’ll end up someplace else.”
In order for us to achieve our dreams, we must have a vision of our goals. Writing down our dreams and creating a list of actions helps us stick to our plan. As it’s said “if you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it”. When we turn our goals into measurable actions, we gain clarity and are able to see the necessary steps we must take in order to achieve them.

Action: Visualize a life of your wildest dreams. What did you dream of doing when you were a child? What would you do if you had a million dollars? Create a vision for your goals and start breaking them down into small actions that you can take on a day by day basis.
